Privacy Policy

Fliqit turns images you choose to share into draft calendar events. This policy explains the information involved and how it is used.

Information we process

• Screenshots and images you intentionally share with Fliqit.
• Extracted event details such as title, date, time, location, and notes.
• Google account authorization information when you connect Google Calendar.
• Basic operational information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

How information is used

We use this information only to parse event details, present them for your review, add events you approve, operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Fliqit does not automatically add an event without your approval.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar access is used to create events that you explicitly approve and to maintain the connection you request. You can revoke Fliqit's access from your Google Account at any time.

Service providers and retention

Fliqit uses service providers, including cloud infrastructure and AI processing providers, to deliver the service. Shared screenshots may be retained for up to 24 hours for processing and reliability, then deleted. Some event records may remain longer when needed to provide the product or satisfy legal and security obligations.

Your choices

You may choose not to share an image, disconnect Google Calendar, or request deletion of associated data by contacting us.
